Castelló Beer Factory

This place is definitely to look for when you are in the area. Their four-storey beers are all excellent and distinctive. People are friendly and really love the artisanal beer culture that just takes off in Spain. The Golden is a good balance of aromas between malt and hops, very refreshing on a hot day. The Happy Hoppy combines a powerful but smooth bitterness with great hop aroma and taste, making it "drinkable" as 'over the top 'IPA 's. The Sant Roc is a bit sweet but strong with low bitterness and good malt taste. I think it could use a funeral yeast to get a real Belgian style, but it tastes great as it is. The Engendro is in a style and class of its own. It has an enormous hop flavor and aroma combined with a very mild bitterness. It is described as American Pale Ale, but the aroma and aroma have really set it up and apart.

A Castelló una visita obligada per als amants de la cervesa artesana de qualitat. Bones instal·lacions i una visita molt instructiva. I millor cervesa!

Trato genial cerveza ARTESANA de calidad, si eres un amante de la cerveza o simplemente te gusta tienes que pasarte. Nosotros hicimos el pack, visita barra libre pizza y contentisimos. Tengo que hacer incapie en la calidad de la cerveza no soy un experto pero propuestas interesantes , originales y muy ricas!

Estuvimos en una visita+cena y fue una experiencia genial, muy buen trato y muy buena brewery, con recomendación especial a las referencias de su serie experimental. Una pena que todavía hace falta una mayor cultura de la cerveza artesanal en esta zona geográfica. Por lo demás, un 10!
