The Lord who answered me was a great understanding with the mistake that happened. You turned my order completely. And he still gave me the value of the sandwich they didn't give me on the first order. This service went from a negative experience to a positive criticism of the way the employee solved the situation. Congratulations!
I was quite disappointed when we go to this facility, and the employee tells us that they don't have toast, toast, etc. as it is impossible for us to eat, so we go to another institution that is not our astonishment, if less than 5 minutes later, 3 people with toast from this same institution.
We ordered the food of Glovo and were very disappointed when we opened the fries and saw it on the picture. At the bottom of the box there are half a dozen potatoes. They are not crispy or tasty, they feel like rubber, they are all muddy and possibly not even fresh. In fact, it felt like 3 days.
I just got my order from glove, and everything changed, nothing comes from what I asked you should watch because the receipt comes right, but the content doesn't fit....now I wait 1h or more
