Subway - Castle Dale

Parking was easy since it's next to a large store, with about 60 available spots just a 30-second walk away. People tend to park without crowding each other, and because the pavement is a bit worn, no one parks right at the front. This makes it really convenient for regular cars. Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience!

When we first entered the restaurant, the manager, an older gentleman, let out a sigh and approached my mom, staring at her in a way that made it clear he didn't want us there. He then yelled at us, pretending to joke but coming off as quite passive-aggressive. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly, and the customer service was terrible. At one point, he even made a threat to kick me in the face because I took a water bottle from the fridge. Regardless of whether he intended it as a joke, not everyone appreciates that kind of humor, especially when we're just strangers.

The staff was extremely unfriendly, and I felt like leaving right away. When we were choosing our toppings, we specifically asked for tomato, but despite us saying "no" multiple times, including yelling, they still added mayo. The employee just put it on anyway and looked at us as if it was our fault. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I got the impression they were particularly rude because of our age, which is still unacceptable, especially since we clearly communicated what we wanted.

I ordered a footlong steak. They ran out of meat and only did 1/2 scoop. When the new batch was brought out she didn't add anymore, so I was shorted on the protein, which is the main thing you are paying for Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Steak Cheese

What you’d expect out of a Subway! Food looks well kept and veggies don’t look too bad. One of the employees friendliness might catch you off guard lol in a funny way. Clean bathrooms.
