Sublime - Castle Hill

This restaurant is always a great spot to grab a delicious coffee or a quick snack, which is uncommon in a shopping center.

I was taken to this restaurant by a friend when we were both very hungry. We both enjoyed the grilled chicken with mushroom sauce. I personally thought it was delicious, although I can't be sure if it was just because I was so hungry. The prices were reasonable as well. My only complaint is that the restaurant closes too early.

We had pancakes, berry smoothie, coffee and bacon and eggs. Underwhelming small pancakes, watery smoothie and small bacon and eggs. Thought it was expensive for the quality and portion sizes

The beverage service is alright with above average quality. But the breakfast is not that good. Big breakfast is just like every home can make style.

Before you go anywhere else for lunch at Castle Towers consider Sublime near Coles. Best value always fresh food quick service and probably the best cappuccinos you will find out of any eatery at The Towers.
