Sushi Bay - Castle Hill

Overpriced and not much variety. At least the food is quite fresh. I will only come here if I have the Entertainment voucher otherwise it not worth it. They get very busy so come early or you will have to queue for quite awhile. We ordered green tea and you can get them to refill with hot water. They would take your cup away for refills. I have always wondered if they remembered which cup belongs to who when they bring it back. So, one day I tested them by putting a mark on my tea bag label. When the waiter brought our cups back, the wrong cup was given to me! Luckily I was dining with my spouse so we didn't mind drinking from the wrong cup. This is a very unhygienic practice. They should not remove the cups from the table and instead should have brought a pot of hot water to the table for refills.

A great place to eat when you are in a hurry,friendly staff. You can also order from the menu,sometimes we have the mixed udon noodle soup bowl.Can get a little expensive if you are really hungry or have teenagers.

The food in this Restaurant is fresh and of good quality. It is a bit small for the location and to satisfy the demand. Some of the time you need to wait to find a seat. The service is average but the prices are a bit to expensive compared to similar business. It is located on the corner of the outside Piazza in the Castle Towers.

Our all time favorite lunch spot every time we go to Castle Hill. They have a great variety of sushi and are always fresh. We love Shushi Bay!!

Sushi bay is great as it has a sushi train which is handing in selecting your plates. It is easy to view and if you are not sure what something is you can look for it in the menu which provides pictures. Staff are great and never fussed to make a fresh dish if it is not on display.
