Chips and salsa were so good, hard not to fill before the meal even came. The staff is incredibly pleasant and the Enchillada Trio was great! My favorite place when in the castle pine area
How Mom cooked it! Our family loves the authenticity of their food. This is our favorite Mexican restaurant and the prices are reasonable. The Menudo should die too!
It was the first time with my family. Everyone was sooooo beautiful and the meal was great!
When ever I want great Mexican food I drive all the way down from Longmont to Caste Pines. It's worth the drive and the traffic!!!!! Wish they had a location up here though! : :
