We forgot to grab our utensils, but a staff member kindly brought them to us. There was no wait for our order, and our food arrived in under ten minutes. The salsa and dishes we tried were delicious, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant is housed in a charming old building. The only downside was finding a small piece of facial hair in our food, but we would definitely give them another chance.
Their food is great. When the chef is good they run smoothly. There is a bit of a wait when you order (it's not McDonald's . If you stay and dine in they give you free chips and salsa. That being said, their prices are very reasonable for castle rock. Parking kind of stinks, but if you go during the down times it's not a problem.
Food was ok, the restaurant has good green chile but the combinations seemed off. The enchilada didn’t come with a red Chile sauce, but green Chile… (picture attached). The flavor was ok but not what I expected from a enchilada. The green chile fries would have been good if they had used shoe string fries, but instead they used thick fries that aren’t cooked all the way through so it tastes more like potato and overpowers the great flavor of the green chile. The beef burrito is ok but the beef seasoning overpowered the yummy green Chile.
This place is amazing! I'm a huge fan of breakfast burritos, and when I saw a car with a flat tire in the parking lot at 10 o'clock on a Sunday, I knew I had to stop and give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I ordered a potato, egg, and chorizo burrito, which was enormous (check out the photo!) and only cost $6.99! It tasted incredible. I also got a margarita, which was fantastic! They served chips and salsa as well, and they were delicious too. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Dos Amigos!
This is undoubtedly the best Mexican food I've had in Colorado! My partner ordered tacos, our friend tried a chimichanga, and I went for the chicken fajitas. The photo shows how much I had to take home after finishing three stuffed tortillas! The prices are fantastic, and the portions are more than enough to satisfy. Everything was delicious! The margaritas made with fresh ingredients instead of sour mixes were a delightful surprise. We can’t wait to visit again soon!
