El Korita Castle Rock

I’ve consistently enjoyed my meals at El Korita. The food is always tender and delicious, and the salsa is exceptional! The service is warm and feels like family. I highly recommend it. It’s conveniently located next to the Douglas County Library in Castle Rock!

Fantastic food! This is the best Mexican cuisine I've tasted in Colorado since relocating here from California.

Don’t be deceived by the modest interior of this restaurant; it’s absolutely fantastic! It’s the best place I’ve tried in Castle Rock. It can be a bit tricky to locate when it’s dark since the sign isn’t illuminated, but it's definitely worth the hunt. Just to make it easier, it’s right next to Sozo Chiropractic.

Delicious salsa!! They have great specials some unique meals too. We keep coming back.

Great food and friendly service. Never busy but I'm sure that'll change!
