Noodles And Company - Castle Rock

Honestly I feel badly for the staff every time I eat at this particular location in Castle Rock. Their crew does not even try to fake a smile when taking orders anymore. It is tangibly clear that everybody absolutely hates working at this particular cafe and find every customer a nuisance per taking time away from playing on their smartphone. I went here for lunch on Easter Day 2024 and politely waited at the counter while the staff was busy on their smartphones. This allowed a nice bit of time to admire all the trash scattered across the lobby before mentioning to the cashier that they currently have a customer at the front counter. The other guest observation was that when preparing dishes nobody in the kitchen wears gloves for food prep sanitation. All ingredients are simply handled barehanded then pushed into takeout containers. Zero health code standards here.

If the food was less salty (yet just as flavorful) and the atmosphere maybe more Tokyo Joe 's and less Jack 'n The Box, this would be an amazing deal!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options.

My son and I love this place! Awesome staff! Awesome food! The manager is very professional and kind! I would give more stars if I could!!

I haven't been to Noodles for several years because the quality seemed to have gone downhill. I thought I would give it a try last night and I ordered my usual Pasta Penne Rosa and I am very disappointed. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or the order was made wrong. But it was disgusting. It had like sauteed onions in it. That was never there before. And the mushrooms were missing. Very sad. The rice crispy treat was good.

If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. Staff was friendly. Food was well prepared and tasty.
