There is no rating low enough to adequately represent my experience today. we ordered groundless fries and waited so long that the waiter came to our table.
I would give less, but 1 was the least you could choose. when we first moved into the opposite, this restaurant was in order. our last 2 visits have confirmed.
Eating was good and everyone except our actual server was on point.... literally the only thing she had to do was take an order for 2 people and fix it, and she failed. It started with some confusion about my drink order. I didn't want to argue, so I just ordered what she said I could move. Shortly after that, it was time to submit our food order. I ordered a Guacamole Bacon broker and my partner ordered the southern charmer. When our food came to the table, he was good, but I almost got a mushroom Swiss burger. Of course I said I didn't order that. I told the food runner what I ordered, and she went away to correct the problem. She spoke to the server and then went back. The server didn't come by immediately. At this point I was rather frustrated and wondered how my order was mixed. The server came by and said that they met the wrong button on their ordering device and that we would receive a participant for free. I agree on how it was dealt with in the end. It's my hope she's starting to read the information she's entering back before she sends tickets to the kitchen... I'm sorry, I don't even know if I have her name.
Great service and food was cooked for perfection! A standard I govern gives the opportunity to keep my drink filled and she did a fantastic job. Menu also seemed bigger than other Red Robin?s was me too.
