Siena At The Courtyard - Castle Rock

Like many, they are probably short staffed. The employees they have, are not good at their job....not attentive. I will spare you the details but the service was memorable because it was poor. Food is great, but they missed the mark on value. Outside near fountain is great, in nice weather. We travel full time and eat all over the US. If we had the chance to return here, we would not.

Food was excellent and our server was great. Very attentive and accommodating. Getting drinks at the bar was challenging as the 2 bartenders were overwhelmed. We were seated about 45 min late for our reservation so that was a little frustrating. Still a great dining experience

I ordered the bib lettuce salad with salmon. The onions didn 't come shaved as described, just chopped, the lettuce was wilty, only a few avocado pieces... And the salmon was hard and very dry. I have never been disappointed in their food the handful of times I 've been there. That and the atmosphere is why I go back. So I will give them another chance, but I was sadly very disappointed. I didn 't finish the meal.

We have been coming to Sienna on and off for 8 years. The food has always been good and the wait staff is great. This time the staff was great as usual but the food was not great. My husbands salmon was way over cooked, it looked almost like they had deep fried it. My chicken parm was average. The sauce tasted like it came out of a jar.

We met up with friends here. The outside space was shaded and spaced out so we felt Covid safe. The menu was expansive enough for all of our diets. The food was good and this restaurant is one block off of the main street so no cars and quiet enough to converse. It was a very good choice for us.
