Starbucks - Castle Rock

If they want to offer online ordering for pickup, they should keep their lobby open for customers to actually pick up their orders. I ordered online 20 minutes ago, and my coffee was ready 10 minutes ago, yet I’m still stuck in the drive-thru line! I understand that personal issues can arise, but they should at least make the lobby accessible so customers can collect their drinks. This situation is poorly managed!

I asked for no water and got all water for a $5.00 drink. Super fail

Every time my coworkers and I come to this Starbucks they go out of the way to give us tips to make our drinks even better (add cinnamon sprinkles or try a different syrup instead). They tell us how to order our drinks in the most cost-effective way (which is the most thoughtful thing they can do). They also sometimes write cute little messages on our cups (a tall drink of water). They’re always friendly, fast, accurate and extra sweet! Thank you. :o)

HAD STARBUCKS FOR THE FIRST TIME!! It was lovely. Drinks and staff were amazing. Cozy, Calm place.

I absolutely love this place! I was warmly greeted as always when I arrived. After placing my order, I was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso, and I happily said yes! I could hear someone in the back cheering that I was getting an upgrade, as they were having a friendly competition. I couldn’t help but laugh, and the barista who took my order giggled along, making it a delightful way to start my day! I later found out that the manager's name is Colin, and I have to say, he’s fantastic! Every time I see him, he’s friendly and upbeat, supporting his staff and creating a wonderful atmosphere for all of us. I'm sure others feel the same way when they visit this place!
