Starbucks - Castle Rock

The staff at this restaurant were exceptionally friendly. Although the place was busy and, due to everyone wearing masks and the noise level, our drink orders got mixed up, they were very eager to assist us. They quickly resolved the issue and even offered us a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill. I would rate the staff 10/10!

Starbucks is always consistent, but what stands out at this location is the incredibly friendly staff. They maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining area, which really enhances the atmosphere. This makes it more than just a coffee shop; it truly embodies Starbucks' vision of being a "third place" for customers. Keep up the great work!

We often stop by this place to get drinks when I have my grandkids with me. The staff are consistently friendly and professional, and our drinks are always perfect. My grandkids like to sample different drinks each time, so I think we've tried just about everything on the menu! Lol.

Super busy on Sunday around 10:30. Drive-thru lane was around the building inside was busy too. But, still got a great Carmel latte!

As always, my experience with the baristas was fantastic and friendly! I highly recommend trying a venti skinny vanilla latte with milk—it's a simple choice and healthier than many other options. Food: 5/5.
