Sushi Castle - Castle Rock

First family sat in large dining area. Placed our order and in that time more familys were sat in same area. Started to notice 70% of the family's had received their food before our family. I was told 15 more minutes....15 more minutes. We finally walked out and wont come back. 2nd bad experience in 6 months. We are good for LIFE when it comes to Castle sushi.

Well I see that shrinkflation has hit sushi castle. It’s still good but the amount of food you get has shrunk.

We took my youngest here for his birthday and this place didn't disappoint. Thank you for having a sweet potato roll on the menu. Everything we had was delicious. My youngest can't wait until he can order a sushi boat with his dad.

Really good sushi. Inventive rolls and fresh. If I lived in the area this would be my regular spot.

My kid absolutely loves this place. The staff is all so friendly. Occasionally the wait staff can get overwhelemed but overall it's good. Food is great sushi is fresh and not overly sauced. My kid absolutely loves the miso soup and has been trying new fish every time we come. Great place and I appreciate having it close by
