Trestles Coastal Cuisine - Castle Rock

I went there in happy hour and all the food was delicious! we ordered 4 items from the small plate part and a wedge salad. the keilsalat uses buttersalat instead of eisberg. we have the house oysters and spezialausterns and both were really good. the combo shoots had a nice smokey taste. so in the order I liked most: brüssel und shishitos, sea scallop blt, combo grits, blackened ahi tataki. nov update: I have been out of date since sept, they have a new menu! a lot to try!

I was both painting here. this is my favorite restaurant in burgrock. a must try is the trestrudel steamer with the white wine reduction they must finish their meal with a fresh daily bake! so delicious!

We met here with the family and it was easy and happy among the best we ever had. amazing environment, wonderful staff and expensive kitchen of the highest order. do not miss them at this place!

Absolutely excellent. the quality of the seafood is some of the best I had, even in consideration of the restaurants that are not unlocked! great for special occasions.

Great menu, not just seafood at all. Lots of other meats and even plenty of vegetarian and even vegan options on the small plates menu. I think anyone could find something they like here. They also have flights of wine, they had a flight of Sauvignon Blanc, which is my favorite, and that was really fun to enjoy.
