Tonight, I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for a delivery from this restaurant, but it never arrived. When I called them back to inquire about my order, they said it was delivered to the wrong house and the food was now cold. Despite having my phone number, they did not notify me of the mistake. We had to wait for new food to be cooked, but still had to pay for it. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inconvenience of having two hungry, frustrated, and tired children. It would have been appreciated if they had offered something as a gesture of goodwill. Overall, I would rate their customer service as 0 stars if possible.

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious and the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming.

Lins is the place to go for the best fish in the area! Every time I visit Derry, I make sure to stop by for their delicious fish. The staff is friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Even if I don't say a word, Lin greets me in Chinese with the word for fish, which now I know is "yi". If Lin isn't there, I simply ask for "yi" and they understand what I want. The fish, soaked in vinegar, is absolutely delicious! There's always a bit of fun and good times at Lins. Thank you Lin, you're a star! LOL.
