Costa Coffee - Castleford

I had a pleasant experience at this takeaway spot for a drink. The ambiance was enhanced by unique wall frames and overhead lighting. The menu options are displayed on an electronic screen at the counter, where the staff is attentive and reliable, quickly serving my piping hot Americano. The waiting area was kept clean, though the electronic screen on the counter seems unnecessary now that COVID is less of a concern.

During our visit, we noticed ample seating available and a hand sanitizer station near the entrance. One of the servers promptly cleaned the table as soon as a customer left. The barista was also efficient in preparing the coffee.

The restaurant is quite pricey, but it's definitely worth it. I had a tough day and ended up arriving late, so I didn't get a chance to enjoy my cappuccino. However, this warm, sweet drink reminded me of a delicious hot chocolate for kids.
