I was able to have lunch in this restaurant on the occasion of a return home and I was not disappointed: the lunch menu is clearly copied (local charcuterie plate in particular), the succulent fries at home and all for a high price ratio! Very good restaurant, prices are correct, staff at the top, we had to eat gaspacho with pizetta chorizo pepper. Duck needle sauce, peach, sweet potatoes, vegetable gratins and coconut dessert with mango leaves.

House and varied cuisine, refined.Very good quality. Nice boss. We're home. Don't hesitate to move on when you get to the door. Everything goes down!! Restaurant to know when you live in Castres !!!
