Cazador - Castro

This is a fantastic restaurant located in Castro, near all the major Palafito hotels along the coast. The owner, Mauricio, is truly exceptional. The restaurant itself is like a museum. The food is delicious, homemade, and true to the island's heritage. They only accept cash or transfers. Thank you, Mauritius, for your hospitality!

The food at this restaurant was excellent - the best I had in Chile after a week of dining out. The prices were good and the wine selection was also impressive. While the service was a bit slow, the staff were attentive. Overall, you won't be disappointed dining here.

An unforgettable experience. Each dish was a surprise that exceeded expectations. Many of the dishes remind grandmother's recipes, with those exquisite preparations that are achieved with years of experience. A variety of wines for all tastes.
