Taco Bell - Castro Valley

This Taco Bell is pretty standard—nothing out of the ordinary. It's clean and operates smoothly. Just a heads up, though: this location doesn’t have a drive-thru, so you can only pick up your order or dine in.

The restroom is quite dirty, and the hand dryer is not functioning.

I noticed an employee handling money and then touching food without changing their gloves. I brought it to their attention and asked them to put on new gloves, but I wonder how often this goes unnoticed. It's really unacceptable. You need to do better.

Best 5 dollar breakfast box on the market. I love the breakfast crunch warp and potato hash browns. And the cinnabon donuts are yummy. Coffee cinnabon is Delicious.

Unprofessional cashier. This guy is the oppsite of customer service. This little dude has -10 patience for no reason. Also im very impressed by the fact that he has a job and acts the way he does. Eventually someone will snap by his behavior, it is thatbad. If this kid has that bad of a temper why put him as a cashier? Blows my mind.
