Domino's Pizza Casuarina

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered delivery, and it arrived very late with my pizza being burned. When I called to inform them about the issue, the manager, Kyle, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Overall, I found the customer service to be arrogant and unhelpful.

They have made my friend cry because they do not contain the vegan series in the bundles. now she's sad and calls her mother and picks up and sleeps is ruined.

I ordered cheese garlic scrolls, they were burnt. Last time, I ordered pizza. It was burnt and they never do refund or replace. worst place to order

If you guys hired someone then give them proper training . But anyways food was fantastic..Vegetarian options: Fair enough for vegetarian option....

I have had absolutely horrible customer service with this store by rude young people on the phone, UNTIL NOW!! A man named dashin (I hope I spelt that right) took my order, he was very polite, he knew the menu and at the end of my order he placed it in to a meal that saved $7.00. So for all of that I give a 5 star rating. The way customer service should be. Well done dashin.
