Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - CASULA

Disgusting service I have even seen..I order my meal and drive to first window nobody was there so I drive to second window, so far I know most of the MacDonald use one window late night. The idiot blue shirt staff member came to the and show me her finger " mate you have to go around and come back to the first window"Outrageous and yucky staff member or may be she was manger.

We were disgusted with the McDonald's at 453 Hume Hwy Casula, the restaurant was filthy, service was not to talk about! Food was just thrown together. Please read on!(1-10, with 10 being EXCELLENT and 1 being DISGUSTING) CLEANLINESS RATED : 1. There was left over food and scraps on all the tables where we had no where to sit when we dinned in. This is no joke! I found my self personally cleaning the table that we sat at. CUSTOMER SERVICE RATED: 2.When I ordered my food there was a girl that got my order wrong literally 5 times when repeating it back with more food added and missed a couple of things that was annoying. She didn't know how to use the til then calling another girl to help and SHE even got the order wrong repeating it twice and to top it up she even didn't know how to use till calling a 3rd girl over to help. You can only imagine my frustration. Then missing items when order was ready for pickup. Eg.. I ordered a salad at $8-$9 and they told me that I had to pay extra for dressing , I told them it was a joke just for lettuce and 2 tomatoes. Lady said 'this time I won't charge you but next time I will have to'. Hahaha!Then there was a poor old lady waiting g to get served at the cafe and was waiting half an hour to be served, " no joke" the young staff kept walking by her to go to waiting bay , I counted 7 times and lady did not get served or even asked what she was waiting for. Another customer had approached her to see if she wAs served and all the old lady wanted was POT OF TEA. The lady called out about the service at the store and the laughing and talking the staff wAs doing and ignoring staff then the so called floor manager came to the attention and was looking for the TEA POTS opening all the cupboards and couldn't even find the tea . No other staff went to his attention either. It was like they were scared to go serve or help. I just wanted to get up and jump over the counter and do the job for them. Only if I was a manager I would sack all of them and send them all home. I will never go again and recommend the same to others. I will file a formal complaint to management at head office as this McDonald's needs to oversee the staff and working conditions served to public for hygiene levels and customer service. This all happened in one day, one visit.

Went for take away coffee very nice and speedy service tho i would say if u want perfection goes handed in hand with staff and patrons

As like all Maccas you order your burgers and fries or make up your own burger. Cheap food to dine in or take away

We just stopped for a quick lunch as this was closest McDonald's. They missed part of our order so I had to go back. And the our Angus clubhouse burgers were chicken clubhouse burgers! I say keep driving...
