Food was great!! Steak,Lobster with salad, potatoes and vegetable. Waitress was friendly and was able to help with everything. They are selling Valentines chocolate covered strawberries which looked yummy. Cake and more. They bake it there. You can order take out. Must try.
I stop in here on Sunday, after seeing the photos on their page and reading the reviews I thought it would be good. The atmosphere was very nice I especially liked the smell of the old train station. But it was very cold in there, the food was not cooked fresh, I asked the waitress if it was thick slice french toast, if the food was homemade, she said yes and yes. The food arrived warm, probably heated up in a toaster oven or microwave, the French fries held the heat from the heater but was soft , the chicken hoagie was stale not fresh. The waitress disappeared after bringing out the food, then later another person came out I guess she noticed the food not being eaten and asked if we want boxes. Then the waitress came back smelling like smoke didn’t even take the non eaten food off the bill, didn’t even give a detailed bill no manager to speak with. Made the experience terrible and will not go back, I will post pictures of the French toasts and contact the health department. I tried reaching out to the manager but not getting through
If you're looking for a freshly made home cooked breakfast, this is the place. Really cute little diner next to an old train station. Go for a nice drive and a great breakfast- super fun Sunday.
Not gonna lie...I was a bit skeptical when we walked in. We are from out of town so we had never been there before. No one else was eating there and you can smell the trains inside the building. What a pleasant surprise! The food was delicious, our waitress (who also cooked our food) was so nice and the prices were great! I would highly recommend!
