Amazing staff and great service. Best ice cream in town.

Very long line, but for the most part in line went fast then we enjoyed our ice cream ?

We frequently stop by this place for a snack. I would suggest that they invest in a new ice shaver for their raspados, as the ice is quite thick, which makes for less than ideal raspados. The staff is generally friendly, but it seems like we encounter new employees every time we visit, and they often mix up our orders.

The restaurant was quite hot inside, and the service was very slow. One of the young staff members didn't seem to know what ingredients go into a sunshade drink. By the time our milkshake was served, it had already melted. Typically, the ice is in the drink, which is usually very delicious, but unfortunately, we had to wait quite a while to finally get it.

The service here was excellent. The only minor issue was a slight language barrier, but that's not really a big problem for me.
