Salsa's - Cathedral City

I’ve been dining here at least once a month for the past few years, and it’s undoubtedly the best Mexican food I’ve ever experienced. The aguachile tostada is a fantastic appetizer, and the Chamorro Adobada (extremely tender pork shank) is simply incredible. When it comes to fish tacos, these are some of the best in the Coachella Valley. If you're looking for a dish that combines intense heat with an irresistible flavor, the Azteca Camarones are exceptional, especially when paired with their delicious and reasonably priced margaritas. I absolutely love this place!

I order the Aguachili Tostada every time because it’s perfect in every way. It comes with a generous portion of shrimp, along with paprika and onions, all seasoned just right. I eat here at least once a week, and the price is incredible!

The food is excellent—99% of the time, we make it a point to visit this place when we're in the valley. The management is consistently friendly, and everything from the food to the drinks is fantastic at great prices. Highly recommended!

One of the best Carne en su Jugo ever! All in all the best Mexican restaurant in town.

Stopped in for lunch the special was 2 shrimp mushroom quesadillas, plus rice beans. Hubby I split it and each had plenty to eat! Margarita was very tasty as well. We’ll be back again soon!
