Starbucks - Cathedral City

I wish the staff had been a bit more enthusiastic about serving customers; instead, I felt like I was in the twilight zone while I was in the store. It was just so strange. I walked out briefly wondering, "Where am I?" before I remembered I was holding a Starbucks drink. Overall, I would rate the experience: Food: 2, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The price was incredibly reasonable, typically ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The quality of the food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. Each dish was flavorful and satisfying. The service was equally commendable; the staff was friendly and efficient, also receiving a 5 out of 5. Lastly, even for a takeout experience, the atmosphere of the restaurant felt inviting and pleasant, also rating a perfect 5. I highly recommend trying this place!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. As a truck driver, I can't use the drive-thru, so I tried to enter the restaurant, but the doors were closed, and I was turned away. One of the staff even threatened to call the police on me. It's disheartening; I've been away from home for 10 to 15 days, and I felt like I wasn't treated with any basic respect or humanity. This happened on July 22, 2023, and it left a really negative impression on me.
