Contribuisci feedbackI asked for no ice 3x to the cashier and the person making me drink put in ice. The message between the cashier and drink maker did not go through so the drink maker had to remake my drink. She seemed irritated and coughed in my drink. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary.
I asked for a donut and they gave me a donut 10/10 couldn't ask for anything better
Poorly acting staff especially compared to the Starbucks on campus: lack of etiquette with customers. Employees digging into their hair and touching money with the same gloves they touch the donuts. Watery hot chocolate on multiple occasions. Everything else is standard issue

3 stars for food but 2 stars for service. Food was fine, just standard Dunkin at the end of the day. Service wasn’t great because they were out of half their coffee options at 9 am. When I tried to ask for something else, the cashier started to get frustrated with me even though I had no idea what they were out of. Another thing is that no matter what, there is a line inside the store. In between classes the line can go all the way to the Commons door. They’ve either been understaffed or have cashiers that aren’t really in a rush, or both. I don’t recommend going here between classes unless you want to be late
