I just have noticed the quality of the salsa they give you with the chips has dropped dramatically. I was also a little aggravated when I ordered the large guacamole dip for $3.50 on the menu but was charged $6.50. The menu CLEARLY shows the large for $3.50, but when I pointed it out, he just told me how expensive the Avocados are. I completely understand, just reflect your menu prices.
Worst Mexican food I've had in my life... and I live in Texas, what I thought was the capital of bad Mexican food. Host tried to sit us near bar where rowdy coworkers were slamming tequila shots. Food was inedible. We paid and left.
Love this place. The service is wonderful, the meals come out fast hot. Salsa is the best around. Food is affordable. Drinks are great. It's a nice large clean restaurant. Give it a try.
My wife and I went to this restaurant on February 22nd for dinner. We ordered the mochajita for two. We have had this dish numerous times here over the past couple of years. However, on this visit the waitress brought us back fajita 's for two. My wife informed the waitress that this was not what we ordered and the waitress immediately argued with her and told us we were mistaken that we ordered the fajitas. She left the sizzling plate in our table and never returned with the tortillas and beans and rice and garnish. We waited 20 minutes and the waitress never returned. We tried to find the manager but no one offered any assistance. We finally went to the front and informed the cashier that we never got our order and we 're leaving. She sarcastically told us have a nice evening and goodbye . We will never go back to this restaurant again. In all my life I 've never experienced such horrible service at a restaurant. One star is one to many.
Our waiter was okay—he seemed a bit bored and spent some time joking around with the other staff, but he was attentive enough. It was a bit distracting to see him slapping someone on the back out of the corner of my eye. The food arrived quickly! I ordered a combo with two enchiladas and a taco, with the option of beef or chicken for the enchiladas, and queso or red sauce, as well as a hard or soft taco. There were plenty of choices, all for roughly the same price. I went with chicken enchiladas topped with queso (which were really good) and a soft beef taco (which was not so great). The beans and rice were just okay—not bad, but not anything special either. I did like that we had our own carafe of salsa on the table. Overall, the experience was decent but not amazing. If we return, I'll probably just order four chicken enchiladas with queso a la carte and be satisfied!
