Contribuisci feedbackWe found this restaurant during an impromptu trip from Kabini to Coimbatore. The place was a bit unexpected, but the dosas and coffee were delicious, and the prices were very fair. The owner was welcoming and shared that the restaurant has been around since 1947. The only downside was the poorly maintained toilets, which definitely need some improvement.
This is a vegetarian restaurant located on the freeway and near the city's bus station. The restaurant offers traditional South Indian vegetarian cuisine, prepared hygienically and served on banana leaves. I tried the ghee roast, masala dosa, and meals, all of which were delicious and affordable. The elderly couple who run the restaurant take great care in providing high-quality food and serve customers with warmth and kindness. I recommend visiting this place for snacks or meals while on the go or for locals looking for a good meal.
The restaurant is conveniently located in the city center, only 500 meters from the bus stop. It is situated above the police station and has a traditional lodge style with old world charm that has been recently renovated. The accommodations are basic but clean and tidy. The owner is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is tasty and there is a good selection of local dishes for hungry travelers. The restaurant is popular among locals, likely due to the small size of the city.
