They need way more staff! And staff with a bit more of a get up and go attitude. We enjoy going there for something to eat, but we are always let down by the amount of time spent queing! I stopped for a quick breakfast. The lady serving was very friendly helpful. I had a toasted ciabatta with cheese garlic mushrooms. The bread was light and the cheese melted to perfection. It came with a handful of crisps and a side salad of leaves and tomato with a lovely dressing. Add in an excellent decaffeinated cappuccino and it would be difficult to find a better meal in Huntingdon. All this comes at a reasonable price and easy parking. I will definitely be returning. Vegetarian options: There were a few options that I found. I was delighted with my chosen option. Dietary restrictions: I am vegetarian and allergic to caffeine. I also avoid artificial sweeteners. Parking: I parked in a disabled spot very close to the door. There were numerous free spaces in the car park. Appalling. Only two tables unoccupied, not because it was busy but because staff had failed to clear the tables. They stayed full of dirty dishes for almost our entire stay (15 minutes). Eventually, a member of staff appeared (not one of the serving staff behind the counter so where she suddenly came from was not clear) and she cleared just three tables, i.e. she ignored the rest. The food wasn't bad but the capuchino was served without asking if we wanted sugar. We expected this to be somewhere in the restaurant area but it turned out to be in a drawer behind the till.
