On holiday on Cauterets, my companion and myself, we are arrested in this Italian restaurant and we have had a great time: the boss is very warm and good advice. The specialty of the gnocchi Chef with Cepes Cream was delicious. Big heart for a floating island. My companion was also delighted with his bologna macaroni dishes revisited. It's all home. We had the opportunity to discuss with the boss who is very friendly and a fan of the gustative cuisine. We returned the next day to enjoy their pizza. In summary, an address that I strongly recommend, both by the reception of these patrons and by the quality of the dishes, do not change anything, Madame, keep your authenticity. A little removed from the centre but carefully decorated and very good reception. the pizza titus is escellent and the lasagne also bologna. dessert, blueberry crumble and chocolate brown, impeccable to finish the meal. very reasonable price, 53€ for two with flat aperitif and dessert. I recommend! Be careful they don't take the blue card, but the cash checks and the resto tickets ok
