Sonic Drive-in - Cave City

Ordered cheese tots and a quarter pounder double cheeseburger. Got chilli cheese tots and a regular double cheeseburger and charged for what was initially ordered.

I ordered 1 sweet tea n 1 sweet cut in half..They was both n unsweet !

They are always outta of drink flavors or syrups constantly ? keep stuff in stock.

Burnt corn dogs, milkshakes almost 80% whipped cream. Rushed service. Feel like the staff was overworked.

So any and every time I get food from there it is always messed up. But tonight was the icing on the cake and I went through the drive-through and it is 9:20 PM on Thursday night February 22 and the guy working in the air with the long hair came and gave me my food. I literally got a Junior wacky pack kids meal with a burger with cheese and ketchup only and french fries and a small sprite. My total was $4.79. I gave him $5.80. I told him I did not need the penny. He kept my dollar, and even though I thought there and honked my horn and knocked on the window. nobody came back and there was a line behind me so I left. Tried to call nobody answered I can understand how you could have misunderstood me and thought that I said keep the change. but after I knocked on the window and honked my horn, and nobody still came, you literally just stole from me and I don’t care if it was just a Dollar it’s the principle and how I was just treated when I tried to get someone’s attention and unfortunately I can’t say that I won’t be back because sonic is the only fast food place in Cave City. Just sucks man y’all definitely need to do better and make sure you hear the customers correctly.
