My mother ordered sandwiches On the app AND PAID FOR THEM, we gave them AN HOUR to make the sandwiches and i took her to get them and they DID NOT even make them yet it said they were done and they had AN HOUR, I would give it a BIG FAT 0 IF I COULD. They let someone ahead of us to order, even though ours weren't even done. WE HAD TO WAIT EVEN LONGER TO GET THE SANDWICHES WHILST THE WORKER MADE 2 THEN PUSHED THE OTHER 2 SANDWICHES BEHIND FOR PEOPLE WHO HAD NOT PAID YET. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Just left this terribly run restaurant, this is the second time I’ve ate there this week and the second time I’ve had a horrible experience. To start it is a Friday night at 6 PM dinner rush hour, and no manager is on site (they should be ashamed and fired). I ordered a kids meal as pictured ON THE SIGN AS $5.19 (picture taken today inside the store), I go to check out and the girl mumbles $7 and some change. I point to the sign THAT SAYS $5.19 and say yeah not paying that, the girl said she could t do anything about didn’t apologize and got a mouthful from me. She tried calling the lazy manager but the lazy manager didn’t answer. Cave City has very few options, it sucks this one is run by folks who don’t care about the customers or making things right. The girl even had the nerve to say the manager wouldn’t honor the price on the sign if she was there, hahahahahaha. Terrible terrible terrible.
