Jersey Mike's Subs - CAVE CREEK

I understand that finding good employees is tough these days, but I should have picked up on the signs when the young woman was mumbling and it was difficult to hear her. I asked three times for no vinegar on my 19.62 sub, but all I could taste was vinegar. Returning it wasn't worth the hassle, as it's about a 10-minute drive and I wasn’t about to spend half an hour trying to fix the issue. Strangely, despite two other employees being present, they didn’t step in to help clarify her mumbled words. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last.

This location used to be a Subway that we weren't fond of and never ordered from. We gave Jersey Mike's a try and loved it ! The Philly steak was outstanding. Now I crave

Each time I order item number 26 from this location, there's always an issue with crucial toppings being omitted—even though I never asked for them to be removed. I end up having to return just to get my sandwich remade. They might as well have a "Select for Me" option, given how often they mix up your order. This location has been a complete disappointment, and I'll really have to reconsider coming back, especially since I'll need to be prepared for the hassle of going back and forth just to get what I ordered.

In my last three visits, I've enjoyed not only delicious food but also excellent service. It's rare to find good staff in fast food, but this Jersey Mike's location has truly nailed it. Thank you—I'll definitely be coming back!
