Ben Gui Sushi - Cave Spring

The absolutely best sushi I've ever had in my life.

Yum! Delicious sushi. Waitress was helpful and friendly, we weren't sure what to order. Will definitely be back!

Upon moving here and looking for good sushi I was directed to Ben Gui. I've been 3 or 4 times now in the last year and the consistency is always there. The sushi rolls range from your usual to well thought out specialty rolls. The service is always swift and polite. You never feel in a rush to order or to leave. Even when it's more busy the atmosphere is gentle and relaxing. All in all I would choose this as my first sushi restaurant before traveling to other spots.

Best sushi I've ever had, hands down. The owner Ben was the sushi chef. He is friendly and very, very good at combining flavors. He made three wonderful, fantastic, flavor popping dishes see my pics. I'll be back, thank you Ben!!

Amazing place to get sushi. Super friendly people. The sushi chef (totally didn't get his name) is so friendly! I had no idea what to talk about but he kept a super nice conversation going. Its a very welcoming atmosphere. The sushi is absolutely to die for. Only place I'd go to for sushi in Roanoke. By far the best restraunt experience of my life! (Forgot to get pictures, will next time)
