To Matt, Will, Kayla, and Nevea (I apologize if I got the names wrong), thank you for the incredible experience. The customer service was outstanding, and I appreciated your patience, especially since it was my first visit. I 've never been to an establishment that is so well-run and polite. The food was amazing, and the service was wonderful. I will definitely be coming back!

EAT HERE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Delicious cheesesteak! My son and I shared this because we both weren't that hungry when the rest of the family was. I almost ordered another because it tasted so good! It was extremely busy, so we had to wait on a table to get cleaned. The waitress was very fast at getting the dishes cleared and everything wiped off. I gave the atmosphere rating a 4 due to the size of the restaurant. You can tell that it is a really popular place and for good reason. They just need more tables.

The food is good, but the service is hit-or-miss. Out of our last three visits, we had one really good server, one who was friendly but did not provide adequate service, and one who was neither friendly nor provided adequate service.

Just had lunch at Kingsmans. As we were paying the cashier, she was talking with other employees and laughing and used fowl language, the f word. Won 't be back!!

Good burger and onion rings. The corn nuggets were amazing. Burger could've been more medium but still was good. Service and atmosphere was fine.
