The customer service must be informed at some of these almost food facilities. it's not a question, is that everything that should be, I can get them something else or anything else I can get them. that all went out of the window. I spent about $40 on this visit and that's a fair amount for fast eating.
I ordered the app tonight. I went into the load, went to the lock and put the numbering room I was in. I was eating for about 15 minutes. I had ordered two mcdoubles without twirling. I saw 3 or 4 cars coming and going through. I got up and went through the drive and the guy knows I was there to pick up my order, so he had pulled me into the second window. I sat there for 5 minutes before someone came into the window. the manager is the only reason I give him four stars. she went beyond and beyond. she found my order that was deleted. That's why I was sitting at the check-in for 15 minutes. this is not the first time, although I had an excellent experience with adriana. she really goes beyond and beyond for her customers. The service was the worst. Did not have the regular Carmel for sundaes out, so just squirted on some used for drinks. Huge difference and very disappointing. Service was good otherwise.
