Pizza Hut - Cayce

My oldest daughter vow to never eat from here again because the first and last time we had pizza delivered there was a fly in our pizza...Took a chance and ordered here again because Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place and We were celebrating my daughter 's birthday at Summit trampoline park. Well I walked in and a tall, black man came from the back never greeted me I said hello! I 'm picking up an order confirmed my name, gave my total, food, and receipt. And manage to mumble have a good day . The name on the receipt said Maurio... We 're hungry so my daughter opens the box and finds a long black hair in the corner SMDH This was our very last order from this location.

Worse service ever. Drivers don't know what they are doing. Says they don't have this but instead of calling they bring food with no drinks then wait 20 mins for them bring back drinks. Will not be ordering from here again and don't recommend for anyone

Horrible service and you will never be greeted with a smile. They try to charge for everything.

The pizza hut it 's self is great but I order the pizza a little late but that 's only cause it took two hours to order on line,then it still didn 't go thru it was not my card cause there was money on it.but by the time I Findley got someone on the phone ,they only had 15 min to cook it and deliver it .I called at 11:40 they was at the motel door at11:56 and it 's a 7 min drive .I still ripped the driver,and the pizza was all most raw.all the toppings slid off when I pick a peace up from box,so I could do nothing,they was closed .just a warning ,don 't order on line or rt before they close.maybe they will fix me another one ,and make it rt.ill let yal no.tks,,,,,,, DONT ORDER LATE THE HAMMER

The drivers go so fast they leave ur food behind so make sure you have all your food before they drive
