The stable is open until they are sold out, so a few days they close 17 others earlier. We ordered a vegan Curry (25Belize) and a Mango Tango (10 Belize). The owners cook everything with love and devotion, which makes it really tasteful, but you also have to bring time. The curry vegetables were cabbages, carrots and corn, which was a creation I never had before. I also liked that the sauce contains coconut and only a little curry powder (a lot of places on the island spice only with a lot of curry powder). It came with rice
Eating on Caye Caulker can be a bit pricey compared to mainland trips and Central America in general, but Belize is known for its higher costs. The stall stays open until they sell out, with some days closing earlier around 5 pm. We tried the vegan curry for 25 Belize dollars and a mango tango for 10 Belize dollars. The owners put a lot of love and dedication into their cooking, resulting in incredibly tasty dishes that may take some time to prepare. The curry included unique veggies like hollow, carrot, and corn, creating a new and delicious combination. I appreciated that the sauce contained coconut milk and just a hint of curry powder, as many places on the island tend to over-season with curry powder.
The food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty! The atmosphere is lovely, with a bustling vibe and wonderful views of the sea. However, it still maintains a street food feel. The prices are a bit higher than other places on the island.
The food was delicious! The atmosphere was lovely, with a vibrant atmosphere and a stunning view of the sea. However, it still maintained a street food vibe. Keep in mind that eating here is not cheap, as is the case with most places on the island.
