Bakhaw Kiwi - Cebu

After two long years without foreign tourist because cocid, the place looks a little bit suffered and not much through sight, but I am really happy that we gave it a chance, we had our best / fresh meal always here in malapascua. gemma is very friendly, she has even prepared food for our boat trip (there are only bbq options on the boat trips) in the early morning. pumpkin soup is a must try my favorite! expect huge portions, for two people a suppe, a salat (very fresh), a side and a pornstar is mooore than enough. prices are better than other restaurants. gemma has promised us to include further vegetarian/ vegan options in the future

Eating is worth waiting. it takes a because it is made fresh from objects in the garden. the veggie curry was one of the best I had during my stay on the philippines

This place is amazing! the owner is so nice and beautiful. they open at 18:30 a.m. and it would be wise to order forward because they prepare every meal fresh and very well prepared. after the first night we ate there for dinner every night. the portions are large (we ordered the salat plant curry and we shared both and were super full (and it is quite cheap never had such fresh wobbles in my whole life (and normally I don't like them in an salad), but these were so delicious.

Yes it takes some time and yes its small, but this doesnt make it unapealing. The food is fresh and is prepared freshly, that why it takes some time. The chef is actualy a vegan chef. Good quality, big portions and cheap. I woulf give 5 stars!

We were the first customers in the four tabled restaurant, and it still took an hour for our food to come. Their french fries were amazing but the rest of the food was mediocre.
