The Burger Shack - Cedar Bluff

The food taste good but the problem we have every time is the bacon is so hard you can't eat it and it feels like it's going to break your teeth. Our dog wouldn't even eat the bacon. The biscuits literally fall apart when you pick it up. We asked for them to not cook the bacon too long and the lady said we don't believe in chewy bacon so they won't fix it the way you ask. That is just bad customer service. Ya'll should do better.

The name has been changed to the Tigershack. Food is great. The philly cheese is awesome. Staff are very thankful and attentive.

Always good food, and fresh, it’s not the Burger Shack anymore it’s the Tiger Shack

Ordered a Philly cheese steak and I was so surprised it was the size of a slider. It was smaller than a hotdog. It was good but very small . Service for drive through was nice.

Well as many times as I stop there to get food it seems like they have a hard time staying open might as well and close the place since we can’t ever get any food from there ??
