Domino's Pizza - Cedar City

Husband and I were really surprised how good this pizza was. we are in the regular PH fans, but this location may have changed that. real good pizza, perfectly boiled, perfect amount of toppings. good product.

Disappointed! We have normally had good pizza, but this was bad for a couple of reasons. First of all, we went to pick up our pizza when the online and text said it was ready, in fact, we were 10 minutes later and we still had to wait another 30 minutes! Also, the online showed that the 2 liter soda we actually wanted was not available, so we chose different soda. When we picked up our order, we asked if the soda we really wanted was available, which it was, but we had to pay more for it, an Up Charge instead of letting us have it for the same price. With ALL other places we have ever gone to and have asked to get a different soda, because it was not shown online, we have NEVER had to pay an Up Charge . How ridiculous. Now for the pizza itself. We asked for Marinara Sauce, but got Tomato Sauce instead. Nasty! Also, we did not get the thicker crust we wanted, but instead, they gave us a thin crust. Not happy.

Worst service, two hrs for delivery and the pizza was cold and burnt how do you manage that. called to complain and just got excuses and no apology. hot sides where cold also. The only thing that was good was 2 liter of Dr pepper guess you can't screw that up. I do not recommend them go somewhere else if at all possible!!!!!

Tonight my daughter had ordered one large pizza and they messed up the order. When my daughter asked for the right pizza to be made it took another 30 minutes to get the correct one made. Then they gave attitude to my daughter about the issue when she brought on that they should compensate her for their mistake. Long story short: my daughter came out in tears. I had to go I to the store at that point to teach all those employees a lesson. I made them give my daughter a refund, but an honest apology would have been even better. This place is falling apart as far as management goes. Everything we go in there lately there is employees standing around on their cell phones and chatting rather than working.

We are a big fan of dominos pizza. the children have eaten on the way to lv from slc pizza, so we stopped at this place to grab a 3 topping thick crust pizza. everyone was 100% satisfied. many thanks for the wonderful service! ^^^^^^^^^^
