El Toro Loco - Cedar City

An almost secret restaurant in Cedar City. A small family business. This place knows how to make good hot and spicy, including spicy lemonade. The place usually does not appear on searches. I found it by seeing a map on the street. The owner did their best to make sure I was satisfied.

This place is a jewel. The owners are new in the area and incredibly friendly and friendly. The food was amazing! All the salsa is made home daily, and there is a variety to choose. If you feel brave, try the Reaper Salsa. Your homemade horchata, which is the first horchata I ever liked, could be needed to save your mouth. I went to a group of four and we were all impressed. I wish I lived closer!

Super good tacos (choice of deep fried corn dishes). Salsa Bar was delicious and many choices. Most places use too much cilantro, but they not only have the right perfect mix :

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is amazing, and the atmosphere is wonderful, complemented by excellent service. The person at the register was really friendly and gave helpful recommendations. I sampled the spicy lemonade, and it was delicious—something completely new for me.

Most incredible homemade horchata EVER!! Huge portions, amazing flavor, wonderful service. Kennia is so friendly and welcoming and her husband is a fantastic chef. We will definitely be back here!
