Jack In The Box - Cedar City

Took wayyyyy to long to get our food. Ordered drive through (dining in wasn’t available) and it took over 30 minutes after ordering to have our food brought out to our car.

Went through the drive through tonight, ordered our food, was asked to pull around the front and wait. After sitting outside for about 20 minutes the lady walked out with some bags of food. She gave the couple cars ahead of us some bags and then came to check our receipt. She went back in the store and came out 4 more times, holding the same bag of food that wasn't ours to check our receipt. After waiting for 40 minutes, I went inside to get my money back, and the same girl checked my receipt to make sure the bag of food she was holding was ours, again. There was nobody in the store or in the drive through at this point and they still couldn't figure out how to give us the food we had paid for. The only got thing was that they did refund our money. And we went somewhere else.

What bad customer service we arrived and there were 3 employees talking and we were waiting for them to serve us and they didn't serve them ? And then the fries were thrown everywhere The worst

Tried to order fish meal but it was out then asked for a non spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me one with spicy sauce on it, i ended up not being able to eat it.

Typical fast food joint but they were nice and friendly, our order was accurate and well tasted pretty good.
