Market Grill - Cedar City

I can not come back anymore. The burger patties aren't much thicker than thick bologna. The Bread was dried out and hard. Refrying is for beans, Not French Fries. Burger patties were burnt, I can see they would cook quickly as they are very thin and could get away from you quickly. The only good thing is, If the old bald cook is there it's going to be good food. The coffee is great and I believe her name is Maddy is back as a waitress, She was always a good waitress and they should be happy she's back.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, the food was amazing! There was someone teaching a new hire to cook on the grill and they seemed very patient, all while getting our orders out quickly. 11/10 I'm coming back!

It was a fun place to eat. They had great service and accommodated my special diet.

It's a bit run down, the food is hit or miss, and the service can be good or horrible depending on the day. Overall, it was not a horrible experience, but it could have been better.
