Panda Express - Cedar City

I always stop here when I drive between las vegas and grand junction, because eating is fresh, the employees are nice and it is always a positive experience. the last time I got half rice, half super green, oranges huh, black pepper huh and black pepper rip. I absolutely loved the vegan meal I had at Huh and Chow Mine! It was delicious. If you order online, make sure to pick it up at the restaurant. The place is very clean, and the staff is friendly.

I've had good Panda Express and I've had bad. This falls on the lower end of the spectrum. They under filled our plates, the chow mein was missing its usual flavor and when I asked for napkins at the window they responded saying they were out and immediately shut the window on me. Kinda wierd if you ask me. Maybe just keep driving this time.
