Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar

I have had mediocre service at this restaurant before, but this last visit was the worst. We waited 25mins to be sat only to be told they lost our name on the list. When they finally did get us sat, we were blatantly ignored. We figured the wait staff was getting caught up, until two more couples got sat and they got waited on. We wait a bit longer but didn't have anyone even come say be with you in a minute. It was really uncomfortable so we just left.

I really wish zero stars was an option.we waited over an hour for our food,and then it was wrong. We never received silverware or napkins. The beer sat on the bar until it was warm. We never received our waters. We waited several passes from the waitress to receive our dipping sauces. We overheard the waitresses are you doing about who is going to take our table. They are incredibly understaffed and the staff that are present are not service oriented once so ever. No employee can do anything without borrowing a card for the cashier station from another. Absolutely horrendous delays. And it wasn’t even that busy. Extremely dissatisfied.

Me and my husband went there last night for drinks and wings. He got his food first before our appetizer and drinks came out. Then they brought the appetizer out and we were missing chicken on our nachos and by the time they brought the chicken out we were pretty much done with the nachos. Then they brought my wings out and they literally poured the lemon pepper seasoning on after the wings were cooked I had so much seasoning under my wings it was ridiculous. Then we got our drinks. No complaints about the drinks. The waitress was good. But we were very dissatisfied and especially with the price of the food. We Will not return.

On 12/15/22 between 2:00pm and 2:30pm I used DoorDash to order they got my order wrong so I had to drive to them to pick up the right order. The short black girl she had braids in her head) at the front was very rude. After I returned the order she gave me my correct order with the same cold fries. I ask for new ones she frowned up and took them to the back. She hand me the fries and just walked off.smh they dipped my old fries back in the cooking grease and gave me the same ones.

I just had the worst experience ever here. I waited nearly an hour for my food once I got it was cold and our waiter was quite rude. He was to busy entertaining the racist people who kept making inappropriate comments the entire time we were there… sad to see what customer service has come to. Not only did he not offer me to warm up my Food that was given to me literally COLD as hell but he also didn’t want to refill our drinks and went ahead and gave the people around us drinks.
