Firehouse Subs Cedar Hill

Fireworks Subs Cedar Hill is not a facility that I would recommend unless there are some changes. It was the first time to eat here and probably the last. We placed our orders and it took 25 minutes to get our food. There was a family who ordered 30 minutes before us and lost their order form. Well, we have our order before her. Our lower parts were not made as we ordered them and the taste was not great. It looks like the person who took our order did not listen to what we wanted and just tried to get us through the line.

Typically, the service here is quick and reliable, but this time it took an absurd 30 minutes just to get two sandwiches. There were only about 3-4 other customers present. I hope the manager takes note of this and brings in additional help, as it was clear that the two staff members on duty were overwhelmed at 6:00 PM on Saturday, October 1st.

Came here for the first time. It was delicious and the workers at this point were the best and very friendly! I will be here every week because of the great customer service I have received.

Two sandwiches and $28 dollars later, and I don?t have my pickle for neither sandwich. As we all know the pickle is the most important part? So DISAPPOINTED ?

Firehouse is a great place to eat and customer service is good. I was next door waiting on a cake order that wasn?t ready. I came in just ask to get a small drink and he took care of it. I love the customer service here at the Cedar Hill store!
