Food is always good However there is always a reason why the lobby is closed... Line is forever long... just wait to close his neighbor Krispy Kreme... It's about the same kind of service.

The last couple of times I went to this place of customer service was pretty good. The staff were nice and friendly, and of course the food is very delicious. Food: 5/5

Order online and do the pickup but not available until you arrived , packed and walk up to the front door! Crab… need to do drive through in long line. The option of pickup should disable if no such service. Bad customer/apps experience.

Food is excellent but it's drive thru only (Oct 2022)They say they are open but the lobby door is locked shut for over a week. The sign says it's open to online orders, but I ordered online and they still forced me to go back to my car.I'm adding two stars to this review because their spicy chicken sandwich is still the best chicken sandwich I've ever had.

If you order from this location, please check your order or just go to another location all together. We ordered a 3 piece and 5 piece totaling over $22. When we got home and opened the bag, there was a box of fries, a sandwich and a biscuit. Almost as if they just put whatever they had left that was cooked in the bag. ?
