Sometimes eating is great and other paintings it is a disappointment. the drinks are always good and strong. the oysters were overboiled like chewing gum (was a good taste though) and the red beans and rice was a little bland, but not too bad. we also had the seafood cellar that was pretty good.
First timer! but it was a great place to eat with my wife. the appetizer was fried alligator tails and it was good. but never had alligator as I would really know if it was alligator. Wife ordered extra crispy fried catfish basket with kartoffel and green beans and I had the cajun blackened catfish plate with green beans and rice. Both meals were great! but had to send the fried cats back because the filets were not fried all the way thru (extra crispy). but it was a very pleasant meal and pleasant atmosphere, family friendly as well. I would recommend the evening meal very much as I did not have been there at any other time. many parking and friendly staff!
It hit and miss the customer service and some paint the quality of food as well. I'll get it and not the others. to be honest.
Shortly before happy hour, wwiinniinngg. the hostess was really nice, kyla our waitress was phenomenal, she checked on the table for consistent basis when asking for her. for apps ordered fried pickles and Boudin balls. baked pickles were cut thick, but still good, Boudin balls were spicy and perfectly spiced. they didn't know that the green beans had pork in them barf, but the Jalapeño catfish and red beans were great, but they lose a star because of the pork and the fly that wanted to join us for dinner.
We had the crawfish two ways, the sea food platter and the crawfish fondue. Nothing disappointed. It was all great. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly the way I like it. I can?t remember ever going to a Razzoo?s when it wasn?t great. Definitely recommend.
